The Sunday Reset - Inspired by the Narrow-leaved Peppermint [Eucalyptus radiata]

The Sunday Reset - Inspired by the Narrow-leaved Peppermint [Eucalyptus radiata]

A guide to embracing the new week

Crisp. Cool. Cleansing.

The leaves look like frosted green blades and, especially after rainfall, the scent of eucalyptus cuts through the air: an unmistakeable flare of mint and camphor.

No wonder it’s one of nature’s best decongestants. We call Eucalyptus radiata the ‘breathe easy’ oil.

A ritual reset

Steal an afternoon nap somewhere quiet, comfortable and cool. Why not? After all, it’s Sunday, the day of rest. Mist our Natural Pillow and Linen Spray onto your pillow. The decongestant properties of eucalyptus and peppermint help keep airways clear while Rosalina helps calm and soften you into sleep.

A nature reset

Why not take a ‘scent walk’ around your neighbourhood? Has it been raining? Inhale the wide-awake scent of wet earth, stones, and grasses. Or has the sun warmed the bush to make a lazy, roasted incense of tree bark and leaf? Breathe in deeply, and let nature clear and refresh your mind as well as your lungs.

Thought for the week

“Isn’t the freshness of the air most welcome and pleasant … and as a crowning delight the grass, thick enough on a gentle slope to rest your head on most comfortably.”
