How your purchases are helping to support a larger cause - 1% For The Planet Charity

1% For The Planet is a beautiful example of the power, strength and dedication a group of people can have when trying to give back to a larger cause.  Since 2002, this non-for-profit organisation has generated an overwhelming $175 million which has been put back into the environment.

Why is 1% For The Planet Charity so special?

1% For The Planet has gained large amounts of popularity due to their altruistic and unique approach to helping to change the world.  The charity has six core areas that it wants to support and improve: climate, food, land, pollution, water, and wildlife.  By receiving an incredible amount of encouragement from a global network of businesses, individuals and non-profits, 1% For The Planet is able to turn their vision into a reality.

1% For The Planet operates by following their heartfelt mission statement of “bringing dollars and doers together to accelerate smart environmental giving”.  The charity can now boast of having more than 1,200-member businesses, numerous amounts of individuals as well as thousands of non-for-profit partners all around the world.  Their network spans across more than 40 countries.
