A mindful moment about washing your hands

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, one of the most consistent messages we’ve been receiving worldwide is that careful and regular hand washing can help prevent the spread of germs. Common sense perhaps, but a timely reminder.

It's recommended you wash your hands (and don't forget your wrists) for at least 20 seconds, and rinse in hot water.
