• This competition, “ESCAPE TO NATURE” (the “Competition”), is governed exclusively by the laws of Australia. Void where prohibited by law.
• Dates of Competition: The Competition begins at 7:00 am Melbourne, Australia (AEST) on Sunday, August 11th, 2024, and ends at 23:59 pm AEST on Sunday, August 19th, 2024 (the “Competition Period”).
• Sponsor: KOALA ECO PTY LTD, trading as “KOALA ECO,” an Australian company proprietary limited company.
• Eligibility: The Competition is open to Australian residents 18 years and over, have access to an internet connection, and have a valid email address. Officers, directors, and employees of Koala Eco, or its affiliates, and related companies, and the immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such officers, directors, and employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition (the “Participants”).
• Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Competition, you, the Participant, fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of KOALA ECO PTY LTD, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition.
• How to Enter: To participate in the Competition and win a “Prize” (as defined below), participants must enter their answers and email address at this link: https://x8l0hbn9iow.typeform.com/to/rqRbyyO2 These email addresses must be unique, personal and belong to different individuals in order for the entry to be valid. Participation in the Competition will entail registration to the Koala Eco newsletter mailing list as well as that of the Partners (as listed below). By participating, the Participant gives its consent by opt-in. Participants may nevertheless unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email or by logging into their customer account on the Koala Eco and partners websites.
• The winner will be chosen based on the best answer provided to the question in the entry form: “Tell us your favourite way to spend an hour in nature” by the KOALA ECO team.
• Answers to this question may be chosen to be shared on social media by KOALA ECO.
• Entries before or after the Competition Period will not be taken into account. Any registration by telephone, fax, or postal mail cannot be taken into account.

Accommodation specific terms valued at $3,000

• Price is inclusive of 2-nights' accommodation at one of the Rubus Residences by Linnaeus Collection, 4 Albert St Berry.
• Accommodation must be booked via email. stay@linnaeuscollection.com
• Voucher for Accommodation is not applicable for peak periods which include but are not limited to School Holidays, Public Holidays, Long Weekends, Special Events
• However peak period bookings are available at an additional cost
• The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit and no refunds will be issued for the value of the voucher if travel plans are cancelled or altered. All costs above the value of the voucher including any change or cancellation fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• The prize is valid until 30/12/2025. The prize must be redeemed no later than this date or the Travel Voucher prize is forfeited in full.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and at Linnaeus Collection's discretion depending on level of occupancy. All applicable booking terms and conditions apply of the accommodation supplier.
• This prize will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed to be available. The Travel Voucher will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced.
• Changes or Cancellation may incur charges. The customer is responsible to pay any such charges and the prize cannot be applied to any additional costs associated with changes or cancellations to the original booking requested by the customer.
• There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the booking amount is less than the prize amount.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.
• All taxes, fees, charges and surcharges applicable to the booking, including, without limitation, extra person, phone, parking and other charges are applicable to your reservation, and this prize cannot be applied to them. These charges must be paid at the time the reservation is confirmed or to the accommodation property directly and are the responsibility solely of the customer.
• The prize cannot be applied to any costs or miscellaneous fees charged by the accommodation provider and incurred by the customer.
• Terms and conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorised person.
• Prize is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Proof of age and residency may be required to claim the prize and is at the discretion of Linnaeus Collection.
• Linnaeus Collection reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the promotion.

Koala Eco specific terms, product valued at $1000

• The price is inclusive of GST and shipping costs. It can be delivered only to an address on the mainland of Australia.
• Products must be ordered via the website with the code provided to the winner. Koala Eco will monitor full spend of the agreed amount until exhausted.
• The prize is available for use only by Australian residents over the age of 18.
• The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit and no refunds will be issued for change of mind. All costs above the value of the voucher including delivery costs will be covered by the winner.
• The prize is valid until 30/12/2025. The prize must be redeemed no later than this date or the Voucher value is forfeited in full.
• All orders are subject to availability of products online at Koala.eco. Any residual value left at the end of the prize period will be deemed null and void if not spent before 30/12/2025.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.

• Koala Eco reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the promotion.

Notification and claiming the Prizes:

Following the Prize draw, the winner will be notified using the contact details provided by the Entrant. The winning Entrant has 48 hours from the time and date of the notification being sent to respond, provide proof of eligibility and claim the Prize. If the Prize is not claimed by the winning Entrant within this time frame, the Prize will be redrawn and any previous winners will forgo all claims to the Prize.
