Lean into cleaning this spring

Lean into cleaning this spring

As the cooler months draw to a close, why not take a cue from the season? A time of renewal and rejuvenation, spring gives us the perfect excuse to refresh and reset.

At Koala Eco, we believe spring-cleaning should be far from an arduous, off-putting task. Instead, we see it as an annual ritual that’s just as much about the process as the result, especially when you use products that have mood boosting properties as effective as their cleaning ability.

Followers of the 19th century Transcendentalist movement—like Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau—were convinced that immersion in nature was essential for our spiritual well-being. While we can’t all follow their example—Thoreau embarked on a two-year experiment in simple living in the wilds of Massachusetts—we can bring something of their philosophy into our daily lives. By mindfully harnessing the power of nature to create a clean, clutter-free sanctuary, we can also nurture ourselves.

It’s surprising how focusing on one task at a time and doing it well can feel so much more satisfying and pleasurable, long-term. While Koala Eco products work quickly and efficiently, they’re also designed to offer sensory experiences that deserve to be savoured. Inhale the fresh creamy lemon of Lemon Scented Eucalyptus, renowned for its soothing and calming properties; the heady, woody scent of Rosemary which can relieve stress and improve memory; breathe in the wide-awake aroma of Peppermint and the vividness of Lemon Scented Tea Tree, reputed to clear and focus the mind.

Don’t rush. Lean in. Breathe.
